As a solution focused hypnotherapist, I offer one-to-one consultations dedicated to making life not just manageable, but productive and enjoyable. Hypnosis is increasingly proven to improve the life and health of individuals all over the world and I’m pleased to say that my results are evidence of the positive effects it can have.

My approach is effective without being intrusive and empowers the individual to find their own strengths, capacities and capabilities surprisingly easily. We don’t dwell on the past (there is nothing we can do to change that), but instead we focus on how we might reduce its influence on our present and, maybe more importantly, the future.

The initial consultation takes approximately 90 minutes, during which we look at how your mind functions and rediscover the level of control you have over it. The bespoke session is tailored to your individual needs and I take time to explain the influence we can have over your particular issue. The session is easy to understand, easy to apply practically and makes life easier as a result.

Each session following that is up to 60 minutes long. The sessions include a discussion about the time between sessions, to assess your progress to date and decide on achievable targets for that session and beyond. Following that, I utilise hypnosis to induce you into a relaxed state of being, before introducing empowering suggestions, metaphoric stories and encouragement in order to help you discover your own potential.

At no time do you lose control. Throughout the whole session you will be aware of yourself and your surroundings, you will be able (if necessary) to open your eyes and get up at any time. I will not challenge your values or beliefs (nor would I want to). The long and short of it is that you will be very relaxed and as a result, far more likely to be able to tap into your own personal reserves of confidence and energy.

With me, you complete as many sessions as you want. There is no pressure or commitment to attend any more sessions than you feel necessary. Solution-focused hypnotherapy was developed to provide quick but long-lasting improvement, without need for lengthy expensive treatment, which with some other approaches can take years to see any results. Not only will you feel better, but you could save financially.

The sessions can be used to make you more confident, relaxed or comfortable about almost anything you can think of. That sounds like a big statement, but let’s be honest – you use your brain for EVERYTHING you ever do, so why wouldn’t making that part of you more relaxed and efficient help in almost everything?​

So, what does it cost?

Each session costs £60.00 for up to one hour.

Hypnotherapy is very subjective, with results varying from one person to another. Honesty prevents me from claiming that it works for everyone but the one guarantee I can offer is that of my best efforts to help you bring about the positive change you desire.

Hypnotherapy is particularly effective in the treatment of:
